Under Wisconsin law, the signer must personally appear before a notary at the time of the notarization. This means a face-to-face visit with a Notary Public.

Hybrid Closings
Hybrid closing is where non-notarized documents can be filed electronically, leaving the documents that require notarization signed using pen and paper and in the physical presence of a notary.
Nature Care Notary does not perform remote online signings (RON’s) nor accept signings for: reverse mortgage, debt counseling, presentations, debt consolidation, paralegal, finger printing, birth or death certification.
